Road run yesterday was not-so-good, cos i couldn't focus at all. I had gastric pain and i sort of strain my leg muscles cos i didn't do warm up excercises before the run. Beta didn't win despite winning almost half of the top 20 position for the guys race. I just cannot believe it!

After that, i went to meet pastoral grp/cg for lunch. I finally had a taste of Popeyes , it wasn't as nice as what mr cheng had described! I guess i wouldn't have liked it if I wasn't hungry... I hope there can be more of this type of gathering, cos their presence always make me forget all about my worries. Although my shepherd is quite lame at times, she can really make me laugh with her cold jokes. That's what I need-- a break from trying too hard to be an intelligent, smart, intellectual person. (I can be blur, stupid, and quiet!) I was looking forward to meet them, and I felt peace within me the instant I see them. God, I thank you for this time of gathering. Tht's probably the only thing i was looking forward to for the whole day.
