my dad actually thinks that i got a boyfriend, thanks to his fortune-teller friend. I feel sorry for my dad for having a friend like that, who seeks all ways to sour the ties between me and my dad. and thanks to him, my dad feels that i've got a boyfriend in church, which gives him more reasons to forbid me to go for church activities. does this mean that if i've got a boyfriend in schl, i'll have to stop schooling? I feel like confronting that bogus mr. fortune teller. the big problem now is that, my dad believes him. ( anw, i knew abt my dad's suspicion from my mum)

And my dad told me that some fortune teller said that we have to change our names. I'm living a good life now, and i'm more than satisfied with my current lifestyle. Names do make a difference to a certain extent, but ultimately it all depends on how we mould our own lives. I hope that the fortune teller that my dad has highly recommended is the guy who says that " YOUR DAUGHTER HAS A BOYFRIEND!" Maybe a few years later i'll have a name which is sth like racheline (new name ) (christian name) gozali, cos i insist on keeping racheline as my name.

I hope that my dad will stop being so superstitious and believe in God rather than believe in his unreliable friends. ( or please, at least believe in his daughter!) It's God and not your friends that created you in the first place!

Had bible study with shujuan today, went at a super fast pace as I was rushing off for meeting. Anw, shujuan shared with me a book that she was just starting to read. It was about a Korean pastor who fasted and prayed for revelations for 7 years. After she was told me what was being written, I looked forward more to join the kingdom of God in heaven. I feel more confident about having eternity. I'm still quite amazed by the predictions in the book of revelation. "scarcity" -- I doubt it happened in the past, and yet such prediction was made that will happen in the future.
