I think God has been trying to test my patience recently. I have to work with someone who is really impatient and also gives up easily, one who gives up before even trying, and one whose words are full of “S” and “F” words when he meets with problems. I don’t grow up in this type of environment, and I really expect guys to respect girls by saying nice words. My New Year resolution is “to be more patient.” I dunno how I am gonna talk to him without Chen Ee around next week, I’ve been avoiding having direct discussions with him as we may just end up quarreling.

My patience has also been tested by the Principal who out of nowhere expects us to clean up a room which has been left untouched for 20 over years. If it was jus a typical normal room, I would not be complaining, but it was a scouts’ room which no one knows of its existence except the older teachers. There were metals and canvas for pitching tents, hundred over sleeping bags, cooking equipments, woods, wood blocks, books, uniforms untouched for 2 decades, etc. We tried our best to do what we could, cos most of the stuffs were really too heavy for us to move them around. I think Chen Ee was rather patient and trying to get stuffs done, while I was complaining all the time. This was not within our job scope, and there is only 1 guy and 2 girls! How were we supposed to shift the drawers and big boxes around?

In conclusion, I NEED TO BE MORE PATIENT.
